Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Respondents Nos. 3,4 and 5.

The Petitioner by this petition is challenging the order dated 3.2.2015 whereby a permission was granted to hold a lucky draw in respect of rehab building. The Petitioner had filed an application before the High Power Committee, challenging the issue of LOI and claimed other reliefs which have been rejected by the High Power Committed by its order dated 5.2.2015 and the copy of the said order has not been annexed to the petition.

In this view of the matter, in our view, the Petitioner is not entitled to seek reliefs which he has claimed in this petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
