By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of two days in filing notice of motion and seeks restoration of the Miscellaneous Petition No.53 of 2013 which is dismissed by this court for want of prosecution by an order dated 7th January,2015. None appeared for the parties. 2.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. Delay of two days in filing notice of motion is sufficiently explained. The applicant has also explained the reasons for remaining absent before this court on 7th January,2015. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Miscellaneous
