Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Pooja Baidkar from the office of Court Receiver.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time may be extended for lodging order dated 09/09/2015 in Arbitration Petition No. 1006 of 2015 in the office of Court Receiver. She further submits that petitioner is ready and willing to pay cost of Rs. 3000/- in the office of Court Receiver.

3) Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and Court Receiver, following order is passed. (i) Liberty granted to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings for lodging of the order dated 09/09/2015 passed by this Court in ism 1/2

10.78.16 crr.doc Arbitration Petition No. 1006 of 2015 within 4 weeks from today, failing which Court Receiver shall stand discharged in view of the non lodgment of the order.

(ii) Petitioners to pay sum of Rs. 3000/- by way of cost in the office of Court Receiver within 4 weeks from today.

(iii) Liberty granted to Court Receiver to move before this Court if cost is not paid within stipulated time.

(iv) Court Receiver report stands disposed of.
