Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, the learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the learned AGP for the State. The Writ Petition filed by the Applicants was dismissed for non-prosecution on 22nd June, 2017. It was dismissed as the Advocate for Applicants could not appear. Only with a view to give one opportunity to the Applicants to prosecute the Petition, we recall the order dated 22nd June, 2017 and restore Writ Petition to the file which shall be heard along with Writ Petition Nos. 2500 of 2017 and 2941 of 2017. 1/2
