The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition as the possession of the estate in question is already taken by the respondent-bank and also further transferred to the auction purchaser. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. We are not expressing anything on the submission so raised in the petition on merit.
