The Official Assignee informs the Court that the Insolvent has complied with all the requisitions raised in the Rule Nisi and he is attending the meetings fixed by the Official Assignee from time to time. 2.

In view thereof, the Rule Nisi stands discharged and the bailable warrant dated 20th January, 2015 issued against the Insolvent abovenamed is set aside and cancelled. Bail amount of Rs.15,000/- be refunded to the Wewisher of the Insolvent. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
