The learned Advocates for the Plaintiff and the Defendant have tendered the Minutes of Order dated 9 th March, 2016 (the minutes). They submit that the Minutes be taken on record and the above Suit be disposed of in terms of the said Minutes. The Minutes are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Minutes are signed by the Constituted Attorney of the Plaintiff and the Constituted Attorney of the Defendant. The Minutes are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The learned Advocate appearing for the Defendant on instructions states that there is no Caveat against release of the Defendant Vessel. The statement is accepted. 3.
In view of the Minutes marked 'X', the order of arrest passed by this Court dated 12 th February, 2016 stands vacated and the Defendant vessel - m.v TAO MARINER shall forthwith release from arrest. No Poundage is required to be paid.
