The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under Partnership Agreement dated 2nd April 2001. By an order dated 22nd January 2018, the Court appointed a sole arbitrator to decide these disputes. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him. 2.

After the original arbitral mandate ended, the Court extended the mandate for six months by an order dated 23rd July 2019. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 23rd January 2020. 4th March 2020

The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of final arguments.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 30th September 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
