The parties have settled all their disputes in Bombay City Civil Court partition Suit No. 9692 of 1990. In view thereof, the Caveator, Mr. Shridhar Anant Chemburkar, who is personally present in Court, seeks to withdraw his Caveat. I may note that the matter is incorrectly shown for withdrawal. The parties agree that what is to be done is to permit a withdrawal of the Caveat. 2.
On the application of the Defendant, his Caveat is allowed to be withdrawn. Testamentary Petition No. 1087 of 2010 now to proceed as an uncontested Petition for grant of probate. 23rd June 2016
