Plaintiff's counsel seeks liberty to pay an amount of USD 280/- within two weeks from the date of this Order towards poundage payable to the Sheriff of Mumbai. Liberty granted.

Accordingly, order of arrest dated 9th February 2018 stands vacated and formal Instrument of release dispensed with. Suit stands disposed with no order as to costs. Refund if any, of court fees in accordance with Rules.
