By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Education Officer of the Corporation to decide the proposals in regard to the teachers appointed in the petitioner No.1 school in 2011 and 2013. It is stated that though the proposals were sent by the petitioner Society long back, they are not yet decided by the Education Officer.

bsb 2 WPL381.15.doc Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the Education Officer of the Corporation to decide the proposals of the two teachers, as early as possible and positively within a period of six weeks.

Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
