The writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Petitioner to comply with the Regulation 2.2.6. If the said regulation is complied with, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India shall carry out the tests and take sample of the said food products and consider whether permission should be granted to the Petitioner to sell the products in India. The entire process may be completed within a period of four weeks. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
