Perused the above Petition and the Affidavit in support thereto including the order dated 17th January, 2015 passed by the learned sole Arbitrator. The Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Notice to the Respondent No. 3 through the Superintendent of the Alipore Jail, to appear before the Hon'ble Arbitrator Justice V.C. Daga (Former Judge, Bombay High Court) on 14th March, 2015 at 11.30 a.m. for submitting his say / reply to the claim filed by the Petitioner".
