Mr. Sharma, on instructions, further undertakes that the amounts lying with the Prothonotary and Senior Master consequent to the orders of this Court, would continue to remain with the custody of the Court. This would be subject to the orders which may be passed in Miscellaneous Application No.21 of 2007, pending before the Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992.
