Considering the same, we direct disposal of the petition in terms of the Consent Terms. This Consent Terms since are signed only by the petitioner and respondent No.10 and not by other respondents, only petitioner and respondent No.10 are bound by Consent Terms.

The undertaking given in the consent terms from 2 (c) is accepted.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
