This review petition is lodged on 12th February, 2016. After it was registered and the Bench was constituted, it has been placed before us. We do not think that we should adjourn the hearing of a review petition once the review petitioner and the advocate both are absent. It would cause great inconvenience to the specially constituted Bench and for hearing review petitions to assemble again and again.

The review petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
