The above Suit was originally filed against Defendant No. 1 - Vijaykumar Purshottam Kabali HUF. The original Defendant No. 2 was Vijaykumar Purshottam Kabali. The Defendant No. 3 was the wife of Vijaykumar Purshottam Kabali. The Defendant No. 4 was the son of Vijaykumar Purshottam Kabali. Since the Defendant No. 2 expired, Defendant Nos. 3 and 4 were also shown as Defendant Nos. 2A and 2B being legal heirs of the original Defendant No. 2. Thereafter, Defendant No. 3 / 2A also expired. In view thereof, only the Defendants to the Suit are Defendant No. 1 HUF and Defendant No. 4 / 2B. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner / Original Plaintiff as well as the
