The Respondent-Developer has tendered an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit today. The same is taken on record and

3/4 marked 'X' for identification.

The Respondent no.5 has handed over to the Advocate for the Petitioners a cheque dated 13.2.2018 for an amount of Rs.1,32,000/- towards the advance rent for the period of six months.The cheque is accepted by the Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on behalf of the Petitioner/Occupants. The Respondent no.5-Developer has further agreed to complete the construction of the transit camp at site within a period of six months from the date of the handing over possession and on completion of the construction, the Petitioners shall have to shift to the transit camp. In case the Respondent no.5-Developer does not complete the construction of the transit camp within a period of six months, the Respondent no.5 has undertaken to continue to pay Rs.22,500/- to the Petitioners till they are put in possession of tenement at site by way of permanent allotment.

The Petitioners have categorically undertaken to vacate the premises within a period of three weeks from today. It would be open for the Competent Authority to take steps for eviction of the

4/4 Petitioners, in the event of their failure to vacate the premises after lapse of three weeks from today.
