It is not in dispute that in pursuance o the order passed by this court on 13.2.2018, and the order dated 5.3.2018, petitioner has submitted its representation after depositing the amount as was ordered to be deposited by this court.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing the Tahsildar, Andheri Entertainment Department/competent nilegaonkar 1/2
19-wpl-485.2018.odt authority to decide the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Till the representation is decided, the interim order passed by this court shall continue. We further observe that in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the same shall not be given effect for the further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the said order by the petitioner. Needless to say that this order will govern only petitioner no. 2 in this petition. 5.
