Learned Counsel for the Applicant in Contempt Petition No. 69 of 2013 submits that in view of the fact that the arrears of the non-salary grants have been paid to the Petitioner and further compliance will be carried out as per order by this Court on 23rd January, 2015. In the circumstances of the said order, the present Contempt Petition No.69 of 2013 is dismissed as not pressed.
