The principal grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of number of representations made by him against the seniority list, as also in respect of the belated promotion and thereafter his claim for deemed date of promotion, the said representations have not been considered by the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation for Greater Mumbai. One such representations is annexed to the Petition at Exhibit K page 79 which is dated 13/05/2013. We therefore direct the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation for Greater Mumbai to consider the said representations of the Petitioner and dispose of the same latest by 30/11/2018. If the Petitioner wants to supplement the said representations by further material, the same to be done within two weeks from date.
