The grievance of the Petitioners is that since the Chairperson of the DRAT is not available, the matter is not yet decided by the Appellate Tribunal. We have already granted interim protection and the impugned order passed by the DRT has been stayed. 2.

In our view, since the appeal is pending, the petition is conveniently disposed of by extending the stay which has been granted by this Court till the disposal of the appeal, pending before the DRAT. We, therefore, direct the DRAT to dispose of the appeal filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months.
