Mr. Murarka, after some submissions, seeks leave to withdraw this Company Application with liberty to file a fresh Application inter alia seeking at least prayers (g) and (h) of the present Application along with other reliefs. Leave granted with liberty as prayed.

Mr. Murarka submits that he has recently come upon some information to indicate that there has been an illicit transfer of assets 12th August 2016

904-CAL122-2016.DOC from the company in liquidation, Mantri Realty Limited, to one of its wholly owned subsidiary Alpha Lifestyle Projects Private Limited. This material is not placed in the present Company Application. There is no relief based on this in the present Company Application. Mr. Murarka will be at liberty to place this additional information and to seek appropriate reliefs in that behalf specifically as well.

This Company Application is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
