The Consent Terms are signed by Mr. Mukund Dalal, Joint Managing Director of the Plaintiff and Mr. Hiren Dalal, Managing Director of the Defendant. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'. However, it is clarified that the refund of Court Fees shall be as per rules and not as provided in the Consent Terms.
