The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff requests the Court to dispose of the Suit in terms of the said Consent Terms.

The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The undertakings furnished in paragraph 6 of the Consent Terms are accepted by the Court.

The present suit is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms dated 27th April 2024. No order as to costs.
