The Chamber Summons is entirely unnecessary. A Caveat has been filed. The Petition has already been renumbered as a Suit in early 2016. The Chamber Summons only seeks that the Suit be listed for directions. No such Chamber Summons is necessary. An application on a praecipe across the Bar would have been more than sufficient for this purpose.
