The parties have amicably resolved their dispute inter-se and entered into consent terms dated 13th June 2016. The consent terms signed by the plaintiff, the defendants and their respective advocates, is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

20.s.825.2009==.doc in paragraphs 1(b), (c) and (d), they have handed over the post dated cheques to the advocate for the plaintiff, receipt of which the advocate for the plaintiff Shri A.K. Chauhan confirms.

The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted and so ordered.

Order in terms of the consent terms.

The suit and the counter-claim be listed for withdrawal on 16th January 2017. The interim applications which are pending stand disposed accordingly.

The order dated 1st September 2009 cancelling the document, viz., Memorandums of Undertaking (MOUs) dated 18th October 2015 and 9th September 2006 shall remain in force notwithstanding the disposal of this suit and the interim applications.

All parties to act on a copy of this order authenticated by the Associate of the Court.
