By consent of parties, six months extension is granted to the learned arbitrator with effect from 17th February, 2018 to complete the proceedings and to make an award. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitrator in rendering the award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
