The matter had appeared on at least two occasions before the Company Registrar, i.e. on 1 September 2015 and 8 September 2015 when none appeared for the Petitioner. This was despite the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeking time to take instructions in the matter. Even on 15 September 2015, none appeared for the Petitioner. The matter was dismissed for non-compliance and placed before this Court for final orders. Even today, none appears for the Petitioner.
