Respondent nos.1 and 3 are not traceable and hence, Mr. Garad seeks leave to withdraw the execution application against respondent nos.1 and 3 with liberty to file fresh execution application/revive this execution application as and when respondent nos.1 and 3 are traced. Execution application dismissed as withdrawn as against respondent nos.1 and 3 with liberty as prayed for. Respondent nos.1 and 3 to be traced within eight weeks from today, failing which the liberty granted will stand recalled. As regards respondent no.2, there is an affidavit of service of one Nilesh Madhukar Jadhav affirmed on 26th February 2019 confirming service upon respondent no.2 on 22nd February 2019. Nobody has entered appearance and no reply is filed.
