Mr. Shukla undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.1.

Mr. Garad states that he will provide a photocopy of the execution application with documents in support to Mr. Shukla within one week of Mr. Shukla writing to Mr. Garad about having filed Vakalatnama. Notice is made absolute as against respondent no.1. Claimant to take steps in execution within four weeks from today, failing which the execution application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

As regards respondent no.2, Mr. Garad states that respondent no.2 is not traceable and seeks leave to withdraw the execution application with liberty to take out fresh execution application/revive this execution application, if respondent is traced.
