Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondent has been served. She invited my attention to the Procedural Order No.5 issued by the learned arbitrator annexed at page 20 of the petition and would submit that the matter is at the argument stage.

Eighteen months period will expire on 3rd March, 2018. Learned arbitrator is granted six months extension of time from 4th March, 2018. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitrator in making an award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order is costs.
