For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b) which read as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall its Order dated 12th January, 2018, passed in Company Petition No.714 of 2014, dismissing the said Company Petition No.714 of 2014 ;

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore the Company Petition No.714 of 2014 to file."

Company Petition No.714 of 2014 stands restored. KJ

2/2 CA87.18-34 Following the order dated 12.1.2018, the Company Registrar, it appears had advertised the dismissal of the petition and filed compliance report dated 20.2.2018. Therefore, petitioner is directed to re-advertise the restoration of the petition in the format prescribed by the office of Company Registrar. Petitioner shall also deposit sum of Rs.15,000/- with the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and also pay short fall if any, in the charges paid by the Company Registrar to advertise for dismissal of the petition. Application disposed. Petition be listed for final hearing on 3.5.2018.
