Mr Gupta on behalf of the Defendants states that a printed band is used once on the bolt of cloth and is removed during retail sales. This statement is accepted.

The Notice of Motion is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Notice of Motion if necessary. 4.

Upon payment by the Plaintiffs within three weeks of the Court Receiver's costs, charges and expenses, the Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing accounts.
