The Plaintiffs agree to give to the Defendant copies of the 71 documents listed in the schedule annexed to this Chamber Summons for inspection. For some of these such as online articles, there is no question of production of "originals". In regard to court documents, copies of certified copies will be provided by the Plaintiffs.

If there are any other documents in addition on which the Plaintiffs seek to rely, copies of these will also be given to the Advocates for the Defendant by 2nd September 2016. 10th August 2016

It is clarified that where copies have already been furnished to the Defendant, a fresh set need not be given once again. 4.
