The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has taken back the papers from her.

Perused the order dated 28th March 2014. If the statement of the Municipal Corporation recorded in the said order is false, the allegations made in the Petition would constitute a criminal contempt. Therefore, the Petitioner will have to obtain a

sng cp-49.15 consent of the learned Advocate General. Admittedly, the consent of the learned Advocate General has not been obtained. The Petitioner is not seeking any suo motu exercise of powers of this Court for initiating action for criminal contempt. 3.

Hence, no action can be initiated in this Contempt Petition.

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
