None appeared for the Petitioner yesterday and today also. On hearing the Counsel for contesting Respondent No.1 we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as statement is made on behalf of Respondent No.1 that the connected Writ Petition No. 2728 of 1995 was disposed of based upon the consent terms dated 11th July, 2003 and so

WP.2214/1996(208) also present Writ Petition disposed of as withdrawn based upon the consent terms dated 8th July, 2003. Therefore, by keeping all points open, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as it is still shown on record as pending. 3.

Liberty is granted to respondent to take out appropriate application for withdrawal of the amount, if any. 4.
