This is the second round of litigation initiated by the Petitioner. The Petitioner has raised certain allegations against Respondent No.4-Administrator/Authorised Offcer of Earth Sampann Co-operative Housing Society, who is alleged to have acted in violation of the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

It appears that the representation fled by the Petitioner is in regard to some inquiry being conducted by Respondent No.2-the Commissioner, Co-operation and Registrar, Co-operative Societies. The report is stated to have been prepared, which has been submitted before the Additional Joint Registrar, who has to take an appropriate decision on the same. Learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3, 5 to 6 states that an appropriate decision would be taken within a period of three weeks. In that view of the matter, the Petition is disposed of with direction to the Additional 2/3

Joint Registrar to take a decision in three weeks. A copy of the said decision be communicated to the Petitioner.
