The Appellate Authority Level-II of the Respondent No.2 Corporation has by its order dated 25-5-2017 rejected the Appeal filed by the Petitioners. The above Writ Petition was filed challenging the order passed by the Appellate Authority Level-I i.e. the Grievance Redressal Committee as also against the acceptance of the tenders of the Respondent Nos.3 to 71. Since the order passed by the Appellate Authority Level -II would now have to be challenged, which is a separate cause of action. The above Petition has therefore turned infructuous. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of in the light of the order passed by the Appellate Authority Level-II with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the said order dated 25-5-2017 passed by the Appellate Authority Level-II.

Needless to state that the said challenge would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
