Mr. Kadiani, counsel for plaintiff states that the suit has been settled between the parties and nothing survives in the suit and therefore, the Court may dispose the suit. Mr. Kadiani seeks leave to withdraw notice of motion no.643 of 2016.

Suit accordingly stands disposed. Refund if any, of court fees in accordance with rules. Any interim order passed in the suit stands vacated. Notice of motion no.643 of 2016 dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, chamber summons no.53 of 2016 and chamber summons no.57 of 2016 also stand disposed.
