1] The limited grievance in this petition is that Appeal No. 6231 of 2014 instituted by respondent No.1 is pending before the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue) - Respondent No.6 since 2014, in which, there is an ad-interim order operating against the petitioner. The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal. 2] The Hon'ble Minister (Revenue) is requested to dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order.

3] The parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue) or his Secretariat on 11th October 2017 at 3.00 p.m., and obtain a 1/2
