This is the Petitioner's Chamber Summons for amendment of the Petition to add one Mrs. Neena Mehra as Respondent No. 2. The prayer for amendment is granted.

Prayer (b) of this Chamber Summons seeks stay of the operation of the order dated 17th February 2015 by which probate was ordered to be issued. The grant having been ordered, the 21st June 2016

55-CST55-16.DOC probate has already been issued. This prayer does not survive in the form in which it is placed.

So as not to prejudice the revocation Petitioner, his application for a restraint against the Respondents from acting on the grant will be considered at the time when the revocation Petition is taken up.

The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
