When this Petition was placed for admission and raising a grievance with regard to the process adopted by Respondent No. 2. Before being considered any further, Mr. Chawan appearing for Respondent No. 2 on notice states, on instructions from the competent Official of the Respondent No. 2 who is present in Court, that in view of the poor response the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has decided to call off the tender and bidding process. Meaning thereby that they have abandoned the existing tender process dated 3rd November 2015 and have now taken a decision to issue a new tender. That would be inviting people from all over the country to

909-WPL435-16.DOC participate and offer their services as consultants for construction of new Sales Tax Office Building.

In the light of such statement made by Mr. Chawan, on instructions, which is accepted as an undertaking to this Court, nothing is required to be done at the instance of the Petitioner in this Petition.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in light of the above statement. No order as to costs.
