After hearing the Petition for some time on 06.06.2023, the matter was listed today to enable Respondents to take further instructions. 2.

Today on instructions, Mr. Sharma informs the Court that as the impugned order dated 26.12.2019 disposing Petitioner's objections does not deal with the submission of Petitioner the order may be quashed and set aside with liberty to take such proceedings in accordance with law. We, therefore, quash and set aside the order dated 26.12.2019, which is impugned in the Petition. It is open to Respondents to take such steps as advised.
