Perused the order dated 06-02-2015. The parties have now settled the matter and the Company agrees and undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.3,80,000/- to the Respondent-Petitioner. A demand draft of Rs.2,25,647/- is already handed over to the Petitioner. A cheque of Rs.1,55,000/- dated 20-02-2015 is also handed over to the Petitioner. In view thereof, the above Company Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. However, it is clarified that in the event of the cheque of Rs.155,000/- being dishonoured on presentment, the above Company Petition shall without reference to this Court stand revived and the Petitioner shall proceed to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 06-02-2015.
