The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that both the Petitioners and Respondent No.1 have signed the consent terms. Advocate for Respondent No.1 is not present though Respondent No.1 is present in Court. He was present yesterday also. At the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and since the parties have signed the consent terms, the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
