These petitions were heard on the previous occasion for some time. During the course of hearing, it transpired that having regard to the controversy involved, there is every possibility of an amicable resolution to the dispute. It is informed that the parties have arrived at a consensus. Accordingly, consent minutes of the order dated June 21, 2022 duly signed by the advocates for the respective parties are tendered today which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We have gone through the consent minutes of the order. The advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties submitted on instructions that they have no objection for the petitions being disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of the order. We have accordingly perused the consent minutes of the order and are satisfied that the petitions can be disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of the order.

The consent minutes of the order are duly signed by the advocate on record appearing on behalf of the petitioners in Writ Petition (L) No. 17704 of 2022 as well as the advocates appearing for respondents no. 4, 5, 6 and 7. The advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1263 of

2002 and advocates for the respondents no. 4 and 5 and on behalf of respondents no. 8 to 16 have duly signed the consent minutes of order. The consent minutes of order are also signed on behalf of the advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition (L) No. 13104 of 2022 and advocates for respondent no. 4, 5 and 6. Learned advocates who are the signatories to the consent minutes of the order state on instructions that the petitioners and the concerned respondents who they represent will duly abide by the consent minutes of the order. Statement is accepted. 4.

Learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State of Maharashtra as well as counsel representing the parties who are not signatories of these consent minutes of order submit that the petitions concern the signatories of the consent minutes of the order, therefore, have no objection for the petitions to be disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of order. The consent minutes of order will bind the parties on whose behalf the same is duly signed. 5.

The writ petitions are disposed of in terms contained in the consent minutes of order dated June 21, 2022. No costs. All pending interim applications also stand disposed of.
