COMMERCIAL NOTICE OF MOTION NO.577 OF 2019 After the notice of motion was heard for some time, Mr. Poojari sought leave to withdraw the notice of motion and submitted that he will file an appeal against the order dated 21st January 2019 pursuant to which applicants were added as defendant nos.2,3 and 4. Mr. Poojari also stated that he will make out a case before the Appeal Court for condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal.
