On the earlier occasion, the learned counsel for the PetitionerApplicant had submitted that the Petitioner was in the process of filing an application for recalling of the order dated 7th June 2017 passed by the Company Registrar. By the said order dated 7th June 2017, these three Petitions were rejected under Rule 986 of Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for non-compliance of office objections. 3.

It appears that the Petitioner has not moved any application for recalling the order dated 7th June 2017. It further appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing these Petitions further. Hence, these Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

In view dismissal of the Petitions, the Company Applications pending therein do not survive and the same stand dismissed accordingly.
