This Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking an extension of time for a period of 12 months to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award. It appears that there are ten arbitrations that are pending between the same parties. In these circumstances, the time to complete all the arbitrations pending before the same arbitrator is extended by a period of 12 months from today. The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
